Alissa is the founder of Nest Medication Care and an experienced clinical pharmacist with more than 10 years' experience across hospital and community pharmacy.
She is currently completing a Master of Philosophy at the University of Sydney, with research focused on medication safety and medication management during transitions of care.
Her clinical work spans complex medication management, medication reconciliation, medication safety, Home Medicines Reviews and transitions of care across hospital, home, pharmacy and general practice.
Through Nest Medication Care, Alissa works with a team of pharmacists to provide personalised medication support for individuals, families, GPs and other healthcare professionals. Care is tailored to each patient and referral, with a focus on improving continuity, communication and safe medication use across care settings.
